Report Outages
All outages MUST be reported by calling SELCO at 508-841-8500.

 

We cannot accept outage reports through social media or email at this time. Please DO NOT call 9-1-1 or the Shrewsbury Police Department to report electrical outages. 9-1-1 is for emergency situations ONLY.

 

Outage Updates

All outage updates are provided through SELCO's twitter feed @SELCOnews. To receive text message updates sent directly to your mobile phone, text "Follow @SELCOnews" to 40404. Standard text messaging rates may apply. Please Note: We are unable to reply to individual questions or outage reports sent through Facebook or Twitter during outage operations.
